As the HSSE Manager for our client account, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of JLL's Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) management systems. This role is pivotal in providing expert guidance and ensuring full compliance with all Czech legal regulations and client-specific HSSE requirements across all JLL-managed activities.

Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership in developing and implementing robust HSSE management systems and compliance programs.
* Partner with JLL and client leadership to set ambitious performance goals and drive a culture of safety.
* Lead workplace risk assessments for all JLL activities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating hazards.
* Manage and enforce a rigorous HSSE qualification program for all service partners and subcontractors.
* Perform regular audits and inspections, lead accident investigations to identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Ensure the accurate tracking and timely reporting of all HSSE metrics to measure performance and drive improvement.
* Maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with the client's HSSE organization and internal JLL teams.

Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a of professional in an HSSE/BOZP role, ideally within facility operations, biopharmaceutical, research, or complex industrial maintenance sectors. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
* Deep, practical knowledge of Czech legislation covering Occupational Health & Safety (BOZP), Fire Protection (PO), and Environmental Protection (OŽP).
* Fluency in both Czech and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
* Proven expertise in managing high-risk work activities, such as work at height, electrical safety, and confined space entry.
* Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
* Certification as a "Professionally Qualified Person in Risk Prevention" (Odborně způsobilá osoba v prevenci rizik) is a significant advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and build credibility with colleagues, clients, and senior management.
* A positive, proactive, and energetic approach to safety management with unwavering ethical standards.
* Willingness to travel within Europe if needed.
