Job Description
As a Customer Activation Specialist you ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials, analytical point of view and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements. The position act as link between Category planning and Sales, it´s a key partner for key account managers with responsibility for different customers. Its purpose is to be sales copilot to co-create right activation program for each customer/channel with smooth execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
* Co-operate on strategies for Trade channels/customers to deliver the annual plan (AC)
* Understand the key drivers of purchase and be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
* Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development
* Seek and identify the channel/customer business drivers to improve category revenue/volume programmes (for example presenting opportunities on Deep dive analysis)
* Co-operate on improvements of in-store execution (activation, listing, TMPs, exclusivities)
* Data and negotiation support (customer reviews, activities evaluation, leaflet monitoring)
