Sika je vedoucí světovou silou ve vývoji a výrobě produktů pro těsnění, lepení, izolace, zesilování a ochranu nosných konstrukcí ve stavbách a v průmyslu. Základem úspěchu je dlouholetý vývoj výrobků a systémových řešení v reálných podmínkách staveb i průmyslu.

Aktuálně rozšiřujeme obchodně technický tým Business Unit Infrastructure na Moravu hledáme novou kolegyni a kolegu, která/ý chce pracovat pro silnou značku a pomáhat našim zákazníkům s realizací projektů ve stavebnictví. Nehledáme jen "obchoďáky". Hledáme ty, kteří rádi navrhují nová řešení, poradí a doporučí, jak projekt posunout dál.
We are currently expanding the technical sales team of the Business Unit Infrastructure in Moravia we are looking for a new colleague, who wants to work for a strong brand and help our customers with the implementation of projects in the construction industry. We are not just looking for "sales rep". We are looking for those who like to propose new solutions, give advice and recommend how to move the project forward.
What you will be responsible for:
* First of all, developing long-term cooperation with current customers, we rely on personal communication, and therefore you will see customers every day.
* You will travel a lot (up to 4 days a week) and meet new people in the market.
* You will organize your work and plan your working day by yourself.
* You will negotiate with representatives of construction companies and their suppliers, the assignments are different and you will never get bored.
* You will propose specific, technical solutions and present their benefits.
* You will become an expert in the market, if you are not already.
* You will work closely with representatives of other departments. We work as a team and you will never be alone.
* You will feel good about the completed project

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

How we imagine you:
* You have a university degree or a technical secondary school and practical experience.
* You have no problem reading basic technical materials in English and exchanging a few English emails with colleagues from other countries.
* You want to be the master of your time and organize your work.
* You may not have many years of experience in the field of industrial bonding or industrial production, but you like to learn new things and put them into practice.
* You like to be on the move and on meetings with customers, sitting in an office is not something you can expect with us.
* You are an active driver and feel like a fish in water behind the wheel
