We are searching for a Citrix Engineer. You will be part of an international team and you'll support the setup and operate Citrix XenApp environments.

Professional skills

- Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification;

- ITIL knowledge;

- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Provisioning Services, AppStreaming, Application Publishing, Citrix Hypervisor is a plus;

- Experience with MS Windows Server 2008/2016/2019, MS Windows 10, Windows 7 is a must;

- Social Skills and competencies: Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Strong problem solving skills, Communication skills in international environment, Customer-oriented attitude, Willingness to improve technical skills.

What will you be doing

- Managing Rollup and Hotfix deployment across the Citrix infrastructure;

- Manage the delivery of Desktops using pooled and dedicated delivery methods;

- Provide application break fix working with support application support teams and managing customer coordination;

- Upgrading and maintaining all the tools and infrastructure necessary to provide the above services;

- Analyze incident requests, diagnosis, and root cause determination for resolutions;

- Effectively troubleshoot various latency, bottlenecks, and other performance-based problems;

- Define and manage access to the applications and Citrix environments based on the defined processes;

- Monitor and provide performance tuning to system components as required to ensure optimum system function;

- Monitor all components of Citrix infrastructure to maintain performance and reliability;

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and tests;

- Ensure adequate documentation of all strategies, processes, and procedures related to the implementation and support of the environment;

- Collaborate with hardware and OS technical teams to ensure proper integration with each system.
