Job Description

Business Engineer with French

Objective

* Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process, definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process.
* Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams.
* Support all processes like Release Management Change Management, testing, and go live.

Activity

Definition
*
Support customers in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated.
*
Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services.
*
Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements.
*
Maintain an up-to-date product specification after implementation of changes.
*
Verify requests with Product Management to be aligned with the product evolution strategy.

Project Management
*
Gather IT cost estimates during project initiation.
*
Improve and ensure project excellence.
*
Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments across development teams.

Sales and Business Line Support
*
Ensure customer satisfaction during the demand and delivery process and keep the requirements up to date.
*
Build bridge between business (product, sales) and delivery teams with overarching views on the detailed requirements.
*
Provide guidance and coaching to other team members and relevant stakeholders.

Learning and Development
*
Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements and use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams).
*
Constantly maintain a good level of expertise and knowledge on the solution
