What We Do

Our Facilities team is responsible for building a unique and creative environment for our growing teams and offices around the world. From Cary to Berlin to Shanghai, our Facilities team selects, designs, and maintains our global campuses. Facilities takes part in guaranteeing the everyday operations at our offices run smoothly, organizing and orchestrating global support as well as leading the build-out of our new 450,000 square foot headquarters located in Cary, NC.

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Design Architect, you will be the Client-side Architectural and Design oversight of local and regional EMEA builds. You will operate strategically for the good of the business, review and approve materials within the construction process, project delivery skills, and understand corporate occupancy metrics, current industry trends and targets.

In this role, you will

* Inform the architectural design & delivery process - from space planning, programming, and requirements gathering, through RIBA stages, to completion and site occupancy
* Assist in managing critical relationships including local and regional Stakeholders
* Read and redline drawings (Arch, MEP/S, IT/AV/SEC) to ensure scope and intent is met and all trades are coordinated, with a keen eye for clash detection
* Oversee technology-heavy coordination and delivery, including but not limited to MEP systems, data centers, acoustics, specialty AV design, high end meeting rooms, technical rooms, production suites, etc
* Have a keen eye for in-progress construction review and on-site experience, governing client-side review of quality control and detailing general FF&E knowledge - such as furniture, pantry equipment, general machinery/equipment, ergonomics, etc.)
* Manage sourcing, specification, procurement and install client art, signage, wayfinding
* Project Manage Design alongside Construction Project Management teams, assisting where necessary in driving the project towards established schedules and goals, managing file share folders, assistance with workflow, consultant engagement, scheduling meetings, and achieving targeting milestones

What we're looking for

* Serbian Licensure (issued by Serbian Chamber of Engineers, code 300 or similar) or a regionally recognized equivalent (ie: RIBA) and documentation confirming status of active licensure
* Fluency in design principles, FF&E procurement, and project flow
* Understanding of Drafting Software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD), 3d Modeling tools (Twinmotion, 3dsMax, Sketchup, Unreal Engine), and Editing tools (Revu Bluebeam, Adobe Suite)
* Experience with both ground-up and interior fit-out construction and project management tools
* Strong English language skills - written and verbal
* Proficient with Google Suite
* Portfolio or project sheets/list encouraged with CV submissions
