* Initial experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison or in a comparable scientific field-based medical role.
* Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence-based medicine, and scientific literature interpretation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts.
* Fluent Swedish and professional English proficiency.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Sweden (up to 70%).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in diabetes, endocrinology, metabolic diseases, or related therapeutic areas.
* Advanced scientific qualification (PhD, PharmD, MD, or relevant postgraduate specialization).
