Position Summary

As a Decision Support Analyst, you will support the timely production and distribution of accurate financial information and summaries for the Executive Board / CFO / Group Controller while ensuring excellent coordination and alignment with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Zones, and Globally Managed Businesses (GMBs). In addition, you will contribute and have responsibility for delivering on numerous other standard and ad-hoc financial analyses throughout the month. The position will allow for deep and broad-based experience and insights across different financial topics while working closely with a variety of diverse stakeholders.

A Day in the Life of a Decision Support Analyst

* Support the creation of standard and ad-hoc financial analyses on important KPIs (Actuals, forecasts, P&L comparisons), with timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders such as the Group Controller, Head of Planning & Performance Monitoring, and Decision Support Leads

* Support in-depth financial analyses on both a Zone/Country/Market as well as Category level

* Active involvement in the Group target setting process and Target/bonus achievement calculations of operating units

* Assist in the preparation of the monthly "Performance Update" presentation of the CFO to the Executive Board

* Contribute to the development of the yearly Group Strategy Document and Group Confidential Document

* Collaborate with the Investor Relations Department to produce analyses for external events such as the Group press releases, results communication, and other investor/analyst presentations

* Work closely with experts and champions to produce, maintain, and improve dashboards for the Popularly Positioned Products (PPP) and Premium Group Initiatives

* Support the generation of analyses related to Nestlé's proprietary Portfolio Management Tool (ATLAS)

What will make you successful

* University/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or a recognized Management/Accounting Certification

* Experience in controlling/decision support, with prior experience in a Market being a plus

* Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

* Curious and flexible personality with a high degree of drive and proactiveness with an open-minded attitude and advanced problem-solving abilities

* Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

* Proficiency in the English language is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
