Your team
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
As a Business Process Manager (BPM) within Reporting Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence across client reporting operations. Reporting to the Head of Reporting Services, you will act as a subject matter expert for transversal process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to opti-mize end-to-end processes and deliver best-in-class client reporting solutions.
Your role
* Oversee, document, and optimize transversal processes related to client reporting, including portfolio statements, transaction advices, and performance analysis reports.
* Identify and analyse user pain points and areas for improvement, quantifying expected productivity gains and enhancing user experience.
* Collaborate with product managers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to align on process boundaries, dependencies, and strategic improvements.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of complex and critical incidents, supporting effective resolution and knowledge sharing across teams.
* Ensure up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes and promote process awareness and alignment across the organization.
* Assess the impact of new product launches on existing processes and participate in user acceptance test-ing (UAT) to ensure process integrity.
* Serve as the main point of contact for process-related queries and incidents, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
Your profile
* University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience in process optimization, business analysis, or project management within banking or professional services firms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional pro-jects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and client-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and building relationships.
* Familiarity with client reporting processes, regulatory requirements, and digital tools is highly valued.
* Proficiency in English; German is an asset.
* Domiciled in Switzerland
