* Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision and attention to detail
* Contribute as part of a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable guest experiences
* Take responsibility for smooth operations within your section and uphold the highest quality standards
* Production of high-quality, traditional and creative bakery products for a comprehensive range of breakfast, lunch and dinner services
* Creation of new new bakery products, pastries and room amenities for arriving guests
* Accurate execution of recipes and guidelines
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and sustainability standards
* Support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in daily operations
* Actively contribute to reducing food waste

* Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in all areas
* Completed apprenticeship as a Pastry Chef, Confectioner, or equivalent three-year professional qualification in gastronomy
* Initial work experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within the luxury segment
* Meticulous attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
* Strong interest in both classical pastry techniques and creative, innovative dessert concepts
* Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
* Very good command of English as the company language
* Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and demanding environment
