Back-End Developer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Develop and maintain mission-critical applications for debit card transaction processing on HP NonStop systems

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including Switzerland, Romania, Italy, Spain, Belgium to deliver high-quality solutions

* Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and new features to meet evolving business requirements

* Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to industry standards and best practices

In practice this means:

Educational Background:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Technical Skills:

* COBOL-proficiency and proven track record of using

* C++ Knowledge

* SQL Knowledge

* Experience with Java and C is a significant advantage

* Familiarity with HP Non Stop systems is highly beneficial

Languages:

* Proficient in English (mandatory)

* Knowledge of German / French (nice to have)

Soft Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
