* Oversee daily set-up of fitness areas; maintain changing rooms and supplies according to standards.
* Welcome guests, explain procedures, handle inquiries and phone calls.
* Deliver fitness classes and personal training sessions as well as Yoga classes to Six Senses standards.
* Design tailored programs, adapt sessions to different fitness levels, and track progress.
* Instruct safe equipment use; enforce safety and hygiene rules at all times.
* Clean and maintain cardio/strength equipment after each use; control inventory and replenish consumables.
* Log recommendations, feedback and incidents; perform effective service recovery.
* Proactively upsell fitness, spa and wellness offerings.

* Recognised fitness qualification; minimum 2 years' experience in luxury spas/health clubs.
* Certifications such as REPs Level 3, ACE, ACSM or NSCA CPT; CPR/AED preferred.
* Proven group class teaching and 1:1 PT experience; strong scaling/regression of exercises.
* Solid knowledge of training principles, equipment, safety and hygiene standards.
* Service-minded, professional, with excellent interpersonal skills and guest focus.
* Very good command of English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office; up to date on fitness and wellness trends.
* Presentable, flexible for winter season shift work; able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 kg.
