Here in Switzerland, you'll become part of a team of around 60 colleagues who share a passion for our brands, our people, and our convivial culture.
To support our Sales team in Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Regional Key Account & Sales Manager (m/f/d) Wholesale (70-80%) to take ownership of the Romandie region, with the opportunity to gradually expand the scope and increase the workload over time.
These are your tasks
* You independently manage and develop a portfolio of key wholesale customers in French-speaking Switzerland (Romandie), while supporting national key accounts.
* You lead annual contract negotiations and ensure the successful execution of agreed business plans.
* You take ownership of sales, budget, and P&L targets for your assigned customer portfolio.
* You develop and implement customer- and channel-specific strategies in close collaboration with Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance.
* You identify growth opportunities through promotional activities, customer activations, and category management initiatives.
* You monitor market, consumer, and competitive trends and translate your insights into impactful business actions.
* You collaborate closely with the On-Trade Sales team to ensure seamless 360° execution of commercial initiatives.
* You gradually take over responsibility for a portfolio of gastronomy customers in the Fribourg, Neuchâtel, and Jura regions, including new business acquisition, key customer management, and the implementation of activation and marketing projects.
This is your profile
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* You bring several years of sales experience within the FMCG industry, ideally in the beverages sector, including initial experience in Key Account Management.
* You have a strong understanding of the Swiss wholesale and/or on-trade landscape, and experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* You ideally have an established network within the gastronomy, bar, and club scene.
* You think commercially, combine strong analytical skills with a growth mindset, and know how to identify and unlock business opportunities.
* You are results-driven, highly organized, and confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* You are an excellent negotiator and communicator who builds strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* You have a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your work with a high level of accountability.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM systems as well as digital and social media platforms.
* You are willing to travel regularly within Switzerland.
* You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German is a strong advantage.
