AUM Advisors is a New York-based strategic investor relations and capital markets advisory firm specializing in U.S. listings, de-SPAC transactions, and Nasdaq readiness. We are expanding our European practice and seeking a driven Capital Markets & IR Associate based in Europe timezone to support the Europe SPAC Summit and grow with us as we build our European client base.

About the Role
This is a business development and outreach role for a finance professional who is as comfortable analyzing a capital structure as they are making a compelling pitch. You will work directly with AUM's senior advisors to identify and engage three key audiences:

Private companies across Europe are evaluating a U.S. listing via IPO, SPAC merger, or direct listing
VC and PE firms with European portfolio companies that may be Nasdaq-ready
Funds and family offices that invest in PIPEs from European issuers
What You'll Do

Build targeted contact lists and conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Articulate the value of a U.S. listing and the Europe SPAC Summit to qualified prospects
Track pipeline and coordinate prospect introductions with AUM senior advisors
Transition into ongoing Capital Markets Advisory and IR support as European mandates develop
What We're Looking For

Compensation

USD $10–20/hr depending on experience
10% referral fee on total engagement value for clients sourced through your outreach
Clear path to an expanded role as European client engagements grow

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong finance background; investment banking, brokerage, PE/VC, or IR experience preferred
Excellent written and spoken English
Assertive, persistent, and commercially minded
Familiarity with U.S. capital markets, SPACs, or PIPEs a strong advantage
Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
