Role Overview
Salesforce has an exciting opportunity within our Global Treasury and Finance Operations team, responsible for building and running the reporting, automation, and data infrastructure that powers our middle office. Key responsibilities include owning Tableau dashboards and financial reporting across treasury operations, leading AI and automation workflow implementation, and ensuring data quality across global financial systems and data lakes. The role plays a central part in cross-functional treasury projects - from system integrations and testing data lakes - while delivering analytical insights to senior management. This is a unique opportunity to define what modern, AI-enabled treasury reporting looks like at Salesforce scale.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Reporting & Dashboard Ownership
* Produce reports and KPIs for the management team with a focus on automation and self-service data
* Own and maintain Tableau dashboards for treasury activities, treasury operations, liquidity management, and middle office
* Build Tableau reports from our data lakes; maintain and develop other treasury reports in financial and TMS systems
* Contribute to monthly management reporting and treasury reporting presentations
AI Adoption - Core of This Role
* Build, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows across team processes - not just use AI, but design how our team uses it
* Implement automated reconciliation workflows: cross-system checks, exception surfacing, and alert logic for daily routines
* Build AI-powered data quality checks across systems: automated consistency validation across treasury data sources
* Design dashboard automation: AI-generated commentary, staleness alerts, and automated testing on refresh
* Own the team's AI process log: document every automation, time saved, quality improvement, and lesson learned
* Identify new automation opportunities across all team processes; prototype, test, and roll out treasury processes improvement
Reporting & Data Quality
* Build and improve financial reports supporting treasury operations across all systems
* Own data quality checks across various treasury projects; contributing with treasury system validation and testing
* Contribute to and deliver automation and reporting improvement projects, partnering with stakeholders from requirements through implementation
* Support ad hoc analysis and project deliverables across Treasury, including ownership of of some bank fee processes for AI reporting
* Contribute to monthly management reporting and treasury reporting presentations
* Act as a key backup across the Treasury Reporting and Innovation team, ensuring continuity of critical processes and supporting a culture of cross-training and collaboration
* Ad-hoc SOX controls support across owned reporting processes, making sure audit trail documentation is always current
What We're Looking For
* 2-4 years in Treasury, financial reporting, or data analytics
* Genuine passion for AI and automation - this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have
* Good knowledge of Tableau or similar skills: build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reporting suites
* Working knowledge of data quality and financial data validation across multiple systems
* Familiarity with TMS and ERP platforms - Workday and a strong plus
* Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow and automate your work - programming languages is an advantage.
* BA/BS in Business and Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
* Experience in a global technology or multinational treasury function
