A few years ago, we've decided to build PMI's future on smoke-free products - completely new, innovative product platforms. Our dream is to convert every adult smoker that would otherwise continue to smoke, to these smoke-free platforms. To help us achieve our dream, we need your help!

We are currently looking for a position of Senior Loyalty Specialist

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For

* Leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the IQOS loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives, customer needs, and business goals to drive long-term customer loyalty.
* Developing targeted campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement, using personalized offers and promotions to incentivize brand loyalty.
* Analyzing customer data and loyalty metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend optimizations. Using customer insights to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IQOS, VEEV, ZYN Category, Customer Service, Digital, Market planning and CRM teams, to align the loyalty strategy.
* Working with a digital agency (third-party management) to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely and effective manner.

What We Are Looking For

* University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (2 years min)
* Project management experience (2 years min)
* Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze complex customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent English, Czech/Slovak is a must,
* Experience with leading 3rd party employees is an advantage
