Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives
* Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.)
* Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively
* Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers
* Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance
* Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights
* Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent
* Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices

Qualifications:

* You have a strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)
* You've already led a sales team for at least 3 years
* You know how to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch
* You're fluent in concepts like outbound sales funnels, prospecting strategies, CRM management, and reporting
* You're fluent in English
* You're confident with data, targeting, and segmentation-but also a true people person
* You're motivated by the opportunity to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
