Accounting Operations Team Lead

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are: 

* University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/International economic relations etc.

* A professional with solid knowledge in Finance and Accounting

* Experienced in people management

* Strong in leadership skills

* Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment

* Strong in communication and presentation skills​

* Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level

  

With you we will: 

* Manage and develop the team through regular communication, coaching, training and evaluation sessions

* Ensure sustainable performance of Finance and Accounting function and providing high standard services

* Work on implementation of R2R/IBS plans and objectives, in line with general company strategy 

*  Manage internal business partners' needs through regular communication, issue resolution and common priorities execution

* Support on implementation of different projects across Markets/Internal Business Partners 

*  Ensure compliance according to Nestlé practices for Finance and Accounting processes
