Your missions :
As the treasury center for the L'Oréal Group and in compliance with applicable laws, FINVAL is responsible for carrying out all financial and treasury transactions, whether in France or abroad, with companies belonging to the L'Oréal Group or with third-party entities, including all lending and borrowing transactions, the provision or receipt of security, the purchase or sale of foreign currencies, and the purchase or sale of financial instruments of any kind; making all payments and collecting all receipts on behalf of member companies of the L'Oréal Group.

Closings:
- Performing bank reconciliations (65 accounts),
- Preparing account analyses (balance sheet) in Blackline,
- Preparing key controls in Blackline,
- Participating in the IFRS reporting process in Magnitude six times a year (four quarterly closings),
- Preparing various reports in Magnitude,
- Recording the revaluation of loans, borrowings, and foreign currency bank accounts,
- Recording the monthly valuation of the portfolio,

Other tasks:
- Performing daily and weekly reconciliations between KTP (treasury software) and SAP,
- Preparing tax returns for the reporting scope (including pro-rata VAT),
- Preparing Banque de France surveys.

Qualities expected for this assignment:
- Curious and proactive
- Interest in financial accounting
- Good communication skills

Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You master the Office Pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
