YOUR TASKS:
* Processing customer orders and restocking requests
* Handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Managing order cancellations and amendments
* Updating and maintaining activity tracking dashboards
* Monitoring incoming customer payments
* Managing and following up on customer credit limits
* Coordinating transportation and delivery requests

YOUR PROFILE:
* Degree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in commercial management or a related field
* Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset
* Confident and professional in customer interactions
* Passionate about the fashion and lifestyle industry
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Solid command of English, both spoken and written
* Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Fluency in French is required
