Apprentice - Clinique Creative Operations

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, and creatively driven Apprentice to support Clinique Creative Operations Director for the EUEM region.
Create, adapt or give guidance on assets for digital, social, CRM, packaging and OOH formats
Prepare layouts, mockups, and visual toolkits
Support supervision of pre-production, production, and post-production of regional campaigns & internal events
Assist with retouching, editing, and final asset preparation
Be a brand steward & ensure brand consistency across all executions
Work closely with marketing team, agencies, and production partners
Help 15 affiliates markets with local creations/adaptations (image search in brand image bank, adaptations, guidance)
Support asset workflow management and timelines
Integrate AI tools into creative workflows
Stay informed on emerging design & social trends and digital innovation
Support research, ideation, and development of Clinique regional creative concepts when needed
Assist in building decks for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of:

Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Good knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote and basic Excel

Comfortable incorporating AI into creative workflows

Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail

Awareness of current design, digital, and beauty trends on social handles

Passion for the luxury and beauty industry

Project management skills : organized, proactive, and adaptable

Fluent in English
