What you'll do:

Join a collaborative technology team and gain hands-on experience across enterprise ERP, artificial intelligence and DevSecOps. The apprentice will support practical initiatives involving SAP and Oracle platforms, automation, prompt engineering, secure delivery practices and measurable operational improvements. This role is suited to an early-career candidate who is curious, dependable and confident communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the design, development, testing and documentation of AI, ERP and DevSecOps solutions.
Contribute to prompt engineering, AI use-case evaluation and the integration of AI capabilities with enterprise applications.
Assist with SAP- and Oracle-related enhancements, proof-of-concepts and embedded AI use cases.
Help automate reporting and metrics measurement to improve visibility, productivity and decision-making.
Participate in research and development activities covering automation, platform engineering and security.
Use collaboration, delivery and ticketing tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Prepare clear technical notes, status updates, presentations and user documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ask thoughtful questions and complete assigned work with appropriate guidance.

Qualifications:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
0-2 years of relevant academic, internship, project or work experience.
Academic or personal projects involving SAP, AI, prompt engineering, Python, automation, GitHub or DevSecOps are desirable.
Interest in enterprise technology, business processes and responsible use of AI.

Skills:

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with DevOps or DevSecOps concepts, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Awareness of ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of SAP AI capabilities is an added advantage.
Basic scripting or programming exposure, with Python preferred.
Familiarity with Git or GitHub and an interest in secure software delivery.
Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint or similar enterprise collaboration tools is beneficial.
COMMUNICATION & BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS
Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
Ability to explain ideas clearly, listen actively and work effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn, seek feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork, ownership, attention to detail and time-management skills
