Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Drainage & Land Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on infrastructure projects across sectors such as transportation, energy, and defence. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering safe, sustainable, and technically sound engineering solutions.

Your role

* Assist in preparing basic designs, preparing engineering drawings and documentation.
* Support the team in reviewing design standards and codes.
* Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers across disciplines.
* Learn and apply engineering principles to real-world problems.
* Help with data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
* Contribute to maintaining quality standards in project work.

About You

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Desirable Requirements:
* Exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
* Interest in drainage design or infrastructure projects.
* Awareness of UK design standards (training will be provided).
* Curiosity about digital tools and engineering software.
