Essential Responsibilities:
* Focus on developing new talent throughout the entire production process.
* Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement.
* English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel.
* Completing standard English forms.
* Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination.
* Report directly to the department manager and plan career development.
* Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations.
* Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines.
* Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures.
* Respect of safety rules.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher with experience/knowledge in production, processing, chemical engineering, electromechanical technology, or equivalent.
* CET-6 English certificate.
* Regular work hours, occasionally requiring three-shift work (7:00-15:00, 15:00-11:00, 11:00-7:00).
* Good team spirit
