Your role:
Through a rotation program across functions to gain hands-on experience, systematically learn business operations and management skills, with a view to moving into management roles. Within the defined training period, complete role rotations, project tasks, and leadership development training to ultimately be qualified for final positions.
Define/Improve the standard/requirement of rotation departments.
Assist in the investigation and troubleshooting, support the transfer and landing of new projects.
Participate in and complete daily tasks and projects across rotation units, ensuring on-time and high-quality goal achievement.
Master procedure for rotation departments, propose improvements for rotation departments and drive implementation.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to enhance communication, coordination, and teamwork.
Participate in leadership, professional skills, and career development trainings, completing the defined learning plan.
Comply with the company's safety and quality regulations and participate in the safety and quality training organized by the company.

Who you are:
Education: Master's Degree
STEM-related majors
Languages & Tools: good English reading/writing skills, proficient in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Personal traits: strong willingness to learn, results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, capable of handling work pressure, leadership potential
