The role and opportunities

As a Graduate in Strategy & Business Transformation, you'll join our Consulting services, working with clients from diverse industries alongside professionals of varied backgrounds.

In the Strategy & Business Transformation team, we help organizations navigate change and shape their future. We work on projects ranging from strategy development to implementation, supporting clients across many different industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, infrastructure, and consumer goods.

Our mission is to tackle core challenges and enable sustainable growth. We combine proven methodologies with fresh perspectives to deliver impactful solutions. Beyond client work, we prioritize your personal development and foster a strong sense of belonging through learning opportunities and social activities.

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll join our team as a trusted advisor in the making. You will:

* Contribute to transformation projects by supporting strategic analysis, problem-solving, and innovation.
* Assist in translating client visions into actionable goals and plans.
* Help facilitate workshops, prepare presentations, and engage with stakeholders.
* Learn to manage tasks within project lifecycles and collaborate closely with experienced consultants.

* You are set to graduatein 2026 or have completed your studies in 2025 with astrong academic record.
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

* Assessment: After submitting your application, you will receive a link to our assessment within a few days. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes.

* Video: Following the assessment, you must complete a brief video interview consisting of two questions outlining your motivation for this role.

* Interview: Selected candidates will be invited for two rounds of face-to-face interviews. The interviews will take place in March 2026.
