As a Graduate Service Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will take ownership of the foundational data structures that support our operational reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and usability of multiple reporting streams, while also contributing to the development of innovative AI-assisted workflows tailored to specific user personas.
You will report directly to our System, Process and Data Leader and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and effectiveness of Honeywell's service data analytics, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency through reliable data and advanced AI-driven tools.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Experience or knowledge in data management, dashboard reconciliation, and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or interest in developing skills in AI-driven analytics.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

WE VALUE
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Internship or project experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and data methodologies.
* Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Own and revalidate the foundational data structure for operational reporting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Reconcile and maintain over multiple reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity and enhancing ease-of-use for end users.
* Support the development of 'Persona Driven AI Assisted' workflows, such as the Field Service Persona Dashboard, to improve user engagement and operational insights
