Responsibilities

If you are passionate about Human Resource Management specifically in managing compliance and labor relations, we are looking for you to join our team as a Graduate Trainee, working together with our HR Compliance Team:
* in establishing a Culture of Compliance
* managing different Stakeholders
* opportunity to work together to counterparts up to Global level

Requirements

* A relevant Degree/Diploma qualification in Business Management, Human Resources or Labor Relations or equivalent
* High integrity with ability to handle confidential information
* Good communication, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work and interact with employees of all levels
* Have good problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical ability and attention to details
* Pro-active, hands-on with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Good team player with the ability to work independently as well
* Proficient in MS Office applications
