Mercedes-Benz is setting the course for a fully electric future: by the end of the decade, vans from Mercedes-Benz Vans will be fully electric. Our share of battery-electric vehicles is therefore growing steadily. With the Electric Architecture (EA) projects, we have consistently aligned our Group strategy with this and are underlining our claim to leadership in electromobility in the van and MPV segment with the strategic product project "VAN.EA". With the VAN.EA project, we are therefore already working on the third generation of our battery-electric vans for both commercial and private customers. For this reason, we are looking for an intern in the field of electromobility and connectivity for Mercedes-Benz Vans who is committed to shaping the future of the van.

In your internship, you will support the VAN/SPEA department (Strategic Project Management for the VAN.EA platform), which is responsible for managing the overall project for the third generation of our battery-electric vans.

These are some of the challenges you will face:
* Operational support of the team
* Coordination of the individual specialist areas through active topic management
* Implementation, preparation and follow-up of interdisciplinary committees and workshops
* Preparation of reports and decision papers for development committees and VAN management
* Taking on special tasks
* Ensuring cooperation between the departments & locations

Qualifikationen

* Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable field of study
* Ideally practical experience in project management and strategy development
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
Personal skills:
* Interest in project management and conceptual work
* High level of commitment and reliability in the execution of work
* High level of self-motivation and independence
* Structured way of working, strong ability to integrate and work in a team
* Quick comprehension and assertiveness
* Automotive affinity
