Automation & Enablement Project Intern (TikTok Live) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

TikTok LIVE DACH is looking for a multidisciplinary intern who can help us scale education and communication for our agency ecosystem through AI-powered content and smart automation. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of tech, content, and operations - and directly impact how TikTok LIVE agencies grow from Day 1. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with our Business Development & Account Management leads to: - Transform our agency bootcamp and training docs into high-quality short-form video "pills" using AI tools (CapCut, Descript, Pika, Runway, etc.). - Design and execute an agency learning journey, combining short videos, onboarding flows, and simple knowledge base tools (e.g. Notion, Lark, Trello). - Automate our agency communications - from onboarding flows to newsletters and recurring updates - using Python, Google Scripts, Notion API, and/or Zapier. - Help us build simple internal dashboards and tracking systems to measure agency progress and content adoption. - Proactively identify manual processes we can automate or enhance - and bring them to life. Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in video editing (CapCut, Descript, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.). - Basic Python knowledge and interest in automation (experience with Zapier, APIs, or scripting tools is a big plus). - Strong communication skills in English (German a plus). - Proactive, independent, and organized - able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program. - Available full-time for 6 months. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Notion, Google Apps Script, Lark, or internal tool building. - Interest in the creator economy, TikTok LIVE, and digital education
