Become a part of the dynamic and forward-thinking Palette or Schauma European Brand Innovation team and help shape the future of this iconic brand. In this role, you'll gain deep insights into the European beauty market while actively contributing to diverse and exciting projects. This internship provides a unique opportunity to explore every aspect of regional brand innovation management, including market and competitor analysis, trend scouting, project implementation, and effective communication. What you´ll do

* Innovation Insider:
· Actively participate in the innovation processes and coordinate running projects
· Scout trends in color shades, formulas, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline
* Concept Craftsman:
· Develop new product concepts and packaging ideas
* Strategic Sherlock:
· Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry
· Monitor competitors' activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends
· Deliver brand reviews and results presentations
* Workflow Wizard:
· Update and administer standard reporting (e.g. market share report)
· Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination)

What makes you a good fit

* Student (d/f/m) who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
* Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
* Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
* Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Team-player with high level of independence
* Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
* Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months for an internship at Henkel's headquarter in Düsseldorf

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
