Job Description

Be part of the international service department at Bosch Home Comfort and drive topics within our multicultural, dynamic team, collaborating with service colleagues from various countries.
* During your internship, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis in our key service areas within the HVAC industry, in order to support strategic decision-making.
* In addition, you will develop and document best practices to foster knowledge sharing across our international service community.
* Last but not least, you will support the team in identifying and implementing process automation opportunities based on AI tools

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Education: studies in the field of Business, Economics, Services, Marketing, IT or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Gemini Enterprise
* Personality and Working Practice: you have excellent communication and organizational skills; you are able to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team
* Work Routine: partially mobile working is possible
* Enthusiasm: strong interest in service business, AI topics and knowledge management
* Languages: very good in English and good in German
