Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) comprises the sales, after-sales, marketing and product management functions of Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the global sales organization. Our goal is the successful and sustainable organization of the worldwide sales of Mercedes-Benz Cars, maximum customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of the success of our brands. The Europe MBC region is responsible for managing the Mercedes-Benz Cars business in 18 European markets.
In the staff office and transformation management of the Europe region, we form the link between the European markets and the central organization. We drive the conception, further development and implementation of the transformation program and strategy for the European region, especially in the cultural area.
As an intern, you are a valuable team member for us and have the opportunity to contribute to the daily challenges of the team in the context of a wide range of transformation projects, to work on ideas and concepts and to gain experience in an international environment.

You will face these challenges, among others, in the scope of a 35h/week:
* Supporting the conception, further development and implementation of the MOVEurope transformation program and strategy
* Assisting with the preparation of various transformation meetings (with markets and HQ)
* Preparation of presentations, speeches/interviews, decision papers and relevant briefing documents for top management
* Support for special projects & for internal projects and initiatives
* Participation in the planning, further development and implementation of the strategic direction of the department
* Support in the conception, planning, organization and implementation of internal communication formats, workshops & (digital) events, retreats and events
* Marketing our department via the Mercedes-Benz social intranet

Qualifikationen

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a focus on business administration, marketing or similar courses (proof of enrollment required)
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English and another European language is an advantage
* Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, ...) and modern communication media (social intranet, SharePoint, Mural, ...) desirable
* Commitment, ability to work in a team and initiative
* Customer orientation and communication skills, flexibility & integrity in dialog with different partners, intercultural competence, self-confident and convincing appearance
* Very good ability to organize yourself, goal-oriented, analytical way of thinking and working as well as a high degree of quality awareness
* Practical experience and knowledge of the MBC organization an advantage
* Driving license class B
