About this Position

What you´ll do

* Work closely with the Manager of Processes and Sales Enablement on global strategic and operational initiatives
* Support sales enablement and business operations activities, ensuring efficient and scalable processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward across regions
* Structure, optimize, and document business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
* Build and maintain management tools, dashboards, and reports for leadership and global stakeholders
* Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and trainings
* Contribute to onboarding new teams and markets through documentation and training materials
* Take ownership of smaller projects in a fast-paced, international environment

What makes you a good fit

* Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
* First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or international exposure is a plus
* Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
* Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as confidence in using MS Teams and SharePoint
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
* Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on mindset and eagerness to take ownership
* Curious mindset with an interest in business operations, strategy, and sales enablement
* Availability as of July for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
