Your work will focus primarily on:

Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during you career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company.

Requirements:

* Be an active student of Automotive, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study, coursing 6th - 9th semester.

* Good grades 80/100.

* Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am - 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.

* Have a valid RFC.

* Good MS Office skills.

* Analytical, process oriented thinking, self-initiative, creative and with good communication skills.

* Advanced English skills.

Department Overview: Focuses on pre-series vehicle planning and steering, geometrical validation (cubing events), maintaining the Quality Management System through digital solutions.

Main Activities:

* Perform cubing event planning, geometrical analysis, and measurements.

* Identify improvement opportunities in daily business management and develop tools using AI for process improvements.

* Support new model integration, water tightness analysis, and the implementation of AI chatbots and workflows.

* Maintain and create digital dashboards and support line trial activities.
