The P&G Interns from Abroad program is offered to promising Latin American undergraduates interested in growing as a business leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Latin American Headquarters located in Panama City, Panama.

Be part of a multi-functional business team constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.
Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills, and use integrative thinking to convey research findings to drive actions with
your key business partners.

You will be growing your skills connecting with internal & external specialists to explore new ways to learn and by exchanging your findings with the IT family.

Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications
* Latin American student in computer science, information technology, marketing, business information systems, or a related field with 6-12 months left to graduate from a university outside of Panama.
* Can move to Panama and fully commit to delivering projects that will last at least 6 months.
* Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology.
* Written and spoken proficiency in English.
* Displays attention to detail, strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.

Qualifications (preferred)
* Personal or university projects showcasing interest and skills in marketing technology.
* Knowledge of multiple programming languages, SQL, HTML and CSS.
* Understanding of data analysis principles with tools like Google Analytics.
