Your Impact:
Within the Training team, the Training Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and communication of training programs across the Belux region.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, strengthening employee development, and enhancing the overall learning experience within the Maison. By coordinating projects, managing communications, and supporting the Learning App, the role contributes directly to the growth and excellence of Dior teams.
The holder of this position will work closely with the Training Manager, Retail teams, Marketing teams, and external partners (hotels, venues, suppliers).
