We are looking for an ambitious and curious AI Agent Builder Intern to help us explore and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and support our teams across the hotel.
This is a hands-on opportunity to build, test, and launch real AI solutions in a upscale hospitality environment.
Your Mission
As an AI Agent Builder Intern, you will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create value.
You will:
* Create and test AI agents for specific missions
* Explore current AI use cases for guest experience, operations, communication, and internal processes
* Challenge and offer improvement of the current AI uses such as the Chatbot in collaboration with the Marketing Team
* Working closely with the Director of Business Development to research best AI voice solution on the market and eventually improve the existing ones
* Support the implementation of AI tools across departments and optimise workflows
* Research new AI technologies, tools and hospitality innovations
* Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing
* Collaborate directly with leadership on innovation projects and operational improvements
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Is currently studying a Bachelor or Master Degree in AI, or a related field
* Has a strong interest in AI, automation, digital innovation and tools
* Is proactive, curious, hands-on, and eager to experiment
* Thinks both creatively and analytically
* Is comfortable learning new technologies independently
* Enjoys solving operational challenges with practical solutions
* Has excellent communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
Previous experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or prompt engineering is a strong advantage, but curiosity and motivation matter most.
