This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world applications with measurable impact, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise AI.
The focus of this internship is to design and implement cutting-edge programs that perform initial processing, analysis, and evaluation of Jira tickets, transforming how we manage and respond to critical information.

* Innovate & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust tools that seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for automated Jira ticket analysis and preprocessing.
* API Integration: Establish and manage connections with Jira and various LLM services through advanced API interactions.
* Intelligent Logic Design: Architect sophisticated logic for summarizing, categorizing, and evaluating incoming Jira tickets, turning raw data into actionable insights.
* Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Experiment rigorously with prompt engineering techniques and LLM model configurations to continuously improve output quality and relevance.
* Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with experienced team members, actively participating in refining requirements, iterating on solutions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You have:
* Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a similar field.
* Programming Prowess: Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with a knack for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
* API Knowledge: Contact with APIs and adeptly handling data from diverse external services.
* AI Enthusiasm: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and broader Artificial Intelligence systems.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a willingness to explore and implement novel solutions.
* English: Both written and spoken.
It would be nice if you also had:
* Domain Awareness (Plus): An understanding of Jira or similar ticketing systems
