Descripción del puesto:

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Apoiar a equipe em todas as questões operacionais;
Atualizar dados em sistema;
Realizar contato e parceria com clientes via telefone, e-mail, call, chat;
Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e relatórios;
Atendimento de clientes através de e-mail, telefone, Teams
Realização de cadastro de clientes no sistema;
Atualização dos dados dos clientes no sistema;
Realização e envio de propostas comerciais aos clientes;
Contato com os gerentes de contas para análise e revisão das cotações;
Interação com time interno para atualizações e follow up dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações
Cursando Superior em Administração de Empresas, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office.

Informações adicionais
Horário de trabalho - Segunda a Sexta : 09h as 16h;
Modelo Híbrido.
