We are looking for talented individuals to join us for a TikTok Shop Operation Internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. The TikTok Shop Brazil Operation Team is responsible for scaling one of TikTok Shop's most promising verticals, working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to drive growth. This internship is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the category and gain experience in marketplace strategy, campaign planning, and creator collaboration. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market and competitor research on creator content trends, live commerce formats, and platform dynamics, and synthesize insights into clear takeaways - Analyze creator, content, and campaign performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks - Support data tracking and reporting, and proactively suggest improvements to metrics or analysis frameworks - Participate in the setup and optimization of creator-related campaigns and platform activities, with increasing ownership over defined modules - Assist in designing campaign mechanics, rules, and creator segmentation logic under guidance - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and continuous optimization
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
