Otis Elevator Company est à la recherche d'une personne récemment diplômée et très motivée pour développer ses compétences en matière de leadership tout en découvrant les différentes divisions d'Otis en tant que stagiaire régional en gestion des travaux.
Responsabilités
Au cours de ce programme de formation d'une durée de six mois, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler dans différentes divisions au sein d'Otis, telles que les nouvelles installations, le service, les réparations et la modernisation, ce qui vous permettra d'acquérir l'expérience nécessaire pour évoluer vers un poste de gestion des travaux dans un territoire opérationnel (OT) à l'issue du programme de formation. Vous développerez vos connaissances des produits, de la sécurité et de la gestion en clientèle en passant une partie importante de votre temps à observer nos mécaniciens et nos gestionnaires en clientèle.
Études
* Un baccalauréat en génie ou l'achèvement d'un programme postsecondaire à orientation technique est requis
Expérience/compétences
* Avoir de l'expérience en tant que superviseur/chef d'équipe (un atout).
* Avoir de l'entregent et faire preuve de solides compétences en communication en Anglais et Français.
* Posséder de solides connaissances en informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Être capable de gérer les conflits et de travailler en équipe.
* Détenir un permis de conduire valide et posséder un véhicule.
* Être disposé(e) à accepter un poste dans un autre territoire opérationnel d'Otis Canada.
Les candidats retenus doivent être disposés et flexibles à déménager dans un autre établissement Otis Canada OT si nécessaire.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a recent graduate to develop their leadership skills while learning about the different divisions within Otis as a highly motivated Field Operations Trainee.
Essential Responsibilities
During this 6-month training program, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments within Otis, from New Construction, Service & Repair, to Modernization, gaining experience to allow you to transition into a field management position in an Operating Territory (OT) after the training program is complete. You will develop product, safety knowledge and field management expertise by spending a signification portion of your time shadowing our mechanics and field managers.
Education / Certifications
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, or completion of a technically-based post-secondary program, is required
Basic Qualifications
* Previous team lead or supervisory experience is considered an asset
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and french
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively
* A valid driver's license and a car are necessary
* Must be willing to relocate to another branch within the region
Successful candidates must be willing and flexible to relocate to another Otis Canada OT if needed.
