The Position

The Opportunity:
* Work in a global team environment, gaining an appreciation of the diversity of skill, knowledge, expertise and cultural differences within the team
* Explore core procurement processes and gain an understanding of end to end procurement including Sourcing, Category Management, Negotiations, Contracting and supplier relationship management
* Participate in operational sourcing activities with an opportunity to gain market insight and knowledge in the indirect and direct procurement categories.
* Explore AI in procurement by actively supporting current pilot initiatives and identifying opportunities to evolve and optimize processes and ways of working
* Support the content development and update of internal gSites.

Who You Are:
* You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or closely related fields.
* Business-level fluency in English.
* Knowledge of Professional Services (Marketing, Consultancy, Corporate Services) category (preferred)
* You have the ability to explain information to others or collect/translate moderate complexity data.
* Negotiating & contracting knowledge and capabilities.
* Project management.

Preferred:

* Knowledge of and/or experience in procurement systems and processes
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

* Duration: 4 months, work term (Full time) and will begin in May, 2026.
* Location: Based in Mississauga, Ontario.
* Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week).
* Our team follows a hybrid work structure (majority of days in the office).

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.
#RocheInternshipCA2026 The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
