Work Experiences You Could Be Exposed To

* Market Dynamics: Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
* Operational Excellence: Support operational improvement by designing models for a seamless client experience, contributing to heightened efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesizing essential information.
* Project Exposure: Gain hands on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations. Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

This position resides in Toronto and is a 4-month work term commencing in September 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term. Please note that MBA and PHD Candidates are not eligible for this program.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Basic understanding of Agile and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
* Understanding of user-centered design and service design concepts (e.g., journey mapping, blueprinting).
* Strong presentation skills via MS PowerPoint, with the ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
* Curiosity about consulting and digital transformation in enterprise settings.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
* Attention to detail and ability to track dependencies, blockers, and progress.
* Analytical thinking for breaking down problems into actionable tasks.
* Time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Applying AI and other emerging technologies to product development.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Ability to write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
* Comfort with interpreting and working against a product roadmap.
* Exposure to the role of a Scrum Master (e.g., facilitating standups, backlog refinement) Basic knowledge of technical concepts (APIs, web/mobile development, or software lifecycle).
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar work management tools.
* Familiarity with product strategy, MVP definition, or value stream thinking
