In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Collaborates with functional and data teams to identify efficiency opportunities within business processes. The primary focus is to assess the benefits of automation and continuously improve the quality of services and processes.
PMO Alternative: Collaborates in project management by monitoring key efficiency indicators, preparing reports, and managing direct communication with clients.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

Main Responsibilities:
Support the functional process team in identifying efficiency opportunities and building business cases that demonstrate the benefits of automation.
Analyze data and collaborate with the team to identify areas for continuous improvement in services.
Assist in defining key metrics and monitoring the impact of implemented improvements.
PMO Alternative:
Support the project team in planning, tracking, and controlling activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Collect, organize, and maintain project information, including schedules, progress reports, and risk logs.
Participate in the preparation of project performance metrics and reports to support decision-making
