The Regional Commercial Development (RCD) Team is part of the China Market Group Leadership Function. It is mandated to shape the commercial agenda to enable sustainable growth by delivering commercial strategy and driving commercial excellence that are in-line with global strategy with local relevance to ensure commercial priorities are executed effectively across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day operations within the team
* Support team members on ongoing projects
* Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
* Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects
* Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

* Currently pursuing hands-on experience during the last year of relevant educational program
* Strong desire to learn and grow
* Proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges
