Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Internal Control and Compliance
* Assist in internal control review based on the control points, document the findings.
* Compliance Consulting: Provide relevant process, internal control, and compliance system consulting for the company's business departments.
* Compliance Review: Assist in conducting compliance reviews of the company's distributors.
* Compliance Training: Assist in compliance promotion and training for the company

Chop & Filling management：
* Review the compliance of seal use application, ensure the use of seals is in line with the company's relevant procedures; register and maintain the records of seal usage.
* Coordinate with other departments of the company and be responsible for the filing and archiving of relevant documents.

* Bachelor above, Major in accounting or finance is preferred
* Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts.
* Exhibit analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
* Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences.
* Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese
* PC skills with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint etc.
* Thoroughness and good attention to detail
