The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact
1. You will assist in the implementation of the S-OJT project.
2. You will maintain Power-BI and other daily tasks.
3. You will assist the workshop in implementing and improving 5S.
4. You will support based on the characteristics of insulation operation, put forward reasonable suggestions and implement them.
5. You will complete the relevant work temporarily arranged according to the department's requirements.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
7. Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
1. You hold an bachelor's degree and an Intern support at least 5 days per week.
2. Familiar with Word, Excel, Viso, PPT and other office software, Master Visual Basic programming.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, positive working attitude, steadfast, careful and patient.
4. Learn the 5S management theory in IKC workshop; learn the structured training process.
5. Improve analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills.
6. Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
7. Basic English reading ability.
