参与汽车 ECU 软件开发工具链的定制与优化，支持 AUTOSAR 软件配置、构建与集成过程的自动化，提升软件开发与交付效率。核心能力要求
* 了解 AUTOSAR Classic 基本架构（BSW / RTE / SWC 基本概念）
* 具备基础编程能力（Python优先），能进行简单脚本开发
* 具备基础软件工程概念（编译、构建、版本管理等）
* 具备良好的学习能力和任务执行能力，适应快节奏开发环境 加分项
* 有 AUTOSAR 或嵌入式软件项目经验
* 了解 ECU 软件集成流程（配置 → 生成 → 集成）
* 使用过 Git 等版本管理工具
* 有自动化脚本或工具开发经验 背景要求
* 硕士及以上在读（车辆/计算机 / 软件 / 自动化 / 电子等相关专业）
* 具备基础软件开发或嵌入式背景
* 能阅读英文技术资料
