Descripción del puesto:

Support with the Export VAT Refund Project

* Assist the line manager in preparing and organizing raw data related to the export VAT refund project.
* Support data reconciliation between export customs declarations, shipping invoices, and purchase records.
* Work with external service providers/agents to prepare supporting documentation for the VAT refund application.
* Assist in reviewing and organizing both electronic and paper documents related to the project.
* Help maintain tracking files and registers to ensure data consistency and completeness.
* Gain exposure to the end-to-end process of China's export VAT refund (Exemption-Credit-Refund mechanism)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields.
* Detail-oriented and patient when working with large volumes of data and documents.
* Good Excel skills; ability to organize and reconcile data efficiently.
* Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
